This is the guide I would have liked to have had 5 years ago to get my health on track.
When I set out to write ‘Take Control’ at the beginning of 2018, it was to capture the events, challenges and failures I had experienced that led to me hitting rock bottom, and seeing no way out.
It wasn’t until I started to prioritise the relationship that I had with myself through my health, that I started to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
‘Health, Happy & Hard Working’ captures the habits, routine and lessons that I have learnt over the last 5 years:
Building consistent training routine
Improving my understanding of food
Better quality sleep
Improving my digestive system
Introducing recovery days
How to use Fasting for health benefits
Goal Setting
This is the guide I would have liked to have had 5 years ago to get me on track. Filled with the habits, routine and structure that I needed to stay consistent and committed.
Now it is a guide for those of you who may find yourself in the same position, or are looking to improve your quality of life through your health.
This guide isn’t for someone wanting to get shredded, jacked, or up on stage competing. It is for those of you who want to get more out of yourself physically and mentally, and allow this to flow into your personal and professional lives.
Read the feedback of some of the people who I have worked with.
“After 10 weeks, I haven’t been that weight in 10 years, I dropped a pant size (actually went from a tight size 36 to a loose 34) and noticed the increase in my muscle mass, particularly through my back and chest. My body started to look different after a few weeks, stubborn waistline fat was subsiding and clothes were loosening. ”
“ It helped me to get into a routine that was easy to follow and gave me the energy I needed to train consistently, which in turn resulted in me losing 13kg’s in 12 weeks... It became easier as each week passed.”
